Bitsler reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Bitsler may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Bitsler currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Bitsler does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by Bitsler at any time. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have lower withdrawal limits applied.

Note: Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your Bitsler account, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Bitsler offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Most bonuses on Bitsler are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Bitsler reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion. Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are shown in your account's bonus section.

Game results are not influenced by your account history, your balance, the size of your bet, or any other external factor.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the respective game page. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and are independently verified. Individual session results will vary.
In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — Bitsler's system will attempt to complete the round using the last recorded game state. If this is not possible, the bet for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. Bitsler's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, Bitsler reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bitsler platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Bitsler reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may request to close your Bitsler account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Bitsler may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
All content on the Bitsler platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Bitsler or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Bitsler platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Bitsler content without prior written permission from Bitsler.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitsler's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
